✈️ Armchair Travel ✈️
This month, at resident Derek's request, we visited Japan for our armchair travel experience 🇯🇵 we learned some fun facts about the Land of the Rising Sun and tried some sushi, Japanese biscuits and green tea 🍣🫖 the residents had fun watching videos of sumo wrestling, and resident Joyce also showed us some of her beautiful geisha ornaments 😍
Next month, resident Barbara has chosen for us to visit Portugal! 🇵🇹

Dorothy’s wish was to visit Polhill Garden Centre with her daughter. 🌸🐠 They enjoyed looking around at all the beautiful flowers, fish and new decorations, before finishing off their lovely outing with a delicious lunch together. 💐❤️

We have had fun playing some games recently at Heathfield - many residents had a go at mini ten pin bowling 🎳 which proved more challenging that it looks, or some matching games involving colours and patterns 🧠 Our residents always enjoy having a go at different games to pass the time 😊
