Comprehensive training
All of our team get paid for their training time and complete a unique induction programme during their first month with us as well as on-going training, over and above mandatory training. This helps to keep your skills up-to-date and ensures you feel confident and able to deliver excellent care.
Supporting you
Once you’ve been offered a role with us, we have a dedicated team to support you through the process and they’ll on hand once you join our team in case you have any questions. From day one in our home, no matter what your role, all team members receive high levels of coaching, mentoring and support from senior team members and the management team – we will help you every step of the way.
