Each year, we run a survey with our residents and families to hear directly from them: what we are getting right, and where there is room to grow. This allows us to keep improving and innovating, so we can continue delivering the highest standards of care our residents deserve. We are pleased to share the findings from our latest surveys.
What Our Residents Say
The feedback from residents in our latest survey at Heathfield Court reflects a home where people feel genuinely happy, valued and well cared for. Every resident told us the team treats them with kindness, dignity and respect, and the warmth residents feel shines through in their own words.
One resident shared, “Since I came to live in Heathfield I have always felt at home and valued. I am very happy here,” while another told us, “They are such lovely carers. They make me so happy “.
Residents also said that they enjoy a rich and varied lifestyle, with one simply telling us there is “plenty of entertainment to enjoy.”
What Our Families Say
Families were equally positive about their experience, in our latest survey, with 10 out of 10 relatives agreeing that Heathfield Court feels like a happy place to live. Every family confirmed that their relative is supported to maintain their personal identity.
Families told us the home and gardens are clean, tidy and well maintained and that they feel welcomed and involved in their relative’s care and daily life.
The strength of feeling from families was clear, with one describing Heathfield Court as “as perfect as it is possible for a care home to be,” and another sharing, “I couldn’t be more grateful to staff and management for their caring, loving and personable attitude to my mum and all residents of Heathfield.”
Results like these reflect a home where families feel reassured, included and confident in the care their loved ones receive.
